Landscape - Direct positive pinhole. Hjalmundal is Norse: Helmsdale (Sutherland) was a originally settled by Scandinavians. Hjalmundal is the first in a series of work for the new darkroom and arts residence building in this small village, Helmsdale Station Darkroom. If you need to know one thing about Helmsdale, it is that it is the Twin Peaks of the North.

Street - The Disintegration of Memory is the first in a new series of work looking at our relationship with disintegration, landscape and memory.

Architecture - Lead piece for the Absent Voices project - the derelict sugar shed at James Watt Dock in Greenock, through the eyes of a Dallmeyer lens contemporary with the building. Vicki Feaver was commissioned to write a poem for Filmpoem about this building (extract):

"Disused now - no shouts
of dockers, no barefoot women
shovelling molasses -
this place has the chill
and hush of a cathedral."
